BPL Prize Money 2026
In the 2024-25 BPL season, the winners’ prize money was 2.50 crore BD Taka while the runners-up team grabbed a 1.50 crore BDT cheque. However, there has been a 10% increase for both of those. The champion team of the 2025-2026 season will receive 2.75 Crore BD Taka. Meanwhile, the losing finalist side will get a 1.75 Crore BD Taka cheque.

As we’ve mentioned, the champion and runners-up prize will be 2.75 Crore and 1.75 Crore, respectively, in Bangladeshi Taka. Moreover, franchises will get a 30 percent share of the revenue from TV broadcast rights, ground rights, and ticket sales. Moreover, there will be a trophy worth more than 25 Lakh BD Taka for the champion team. It cost around 25 thousand US Dollars as they brought it from the UAE. Moreover, there are prizes for the 3rd-place team, 4th-place team, and individual awards. The 3rd-position team grabbed 60 lakh BD Taka last time, with the 4th-position side bagging 40 lakh BD Taka.
On the other hand, the player of the tournament received 10 lakh Taka. Each of “Player of the Final”, “Highest Run Scorer”, and “Highest Wicket Taker” pocketed 5 lakh taka. The best emerging player and the best fielder were also awarded, and the prize was 3 lakh Taka for each of them.

BPL Prize Money in Rupees
In Indian Rupees, this season’s Bangladesh Premier League or BPL winners’ prize money will be just a bit over 2 Crore INR. Similarly, the runners-up prize money for the BPL in Indian Rupees will be approximately 1.28 Crore INR. The BPL Trophy costs around 20 Lakh Indian Rupees. BPL 2026 Entry Fee and Sponsorship
Apart from those, during the ongoing games, each of the franchises will enjoy the privilege of 15 minutes of advertising space for their sponsors on the perimeter boards. The governing body demanded a starting fee of 2 Crore Bangladeshi Taka from each franchise. The same amount will be required for the next edition’s application as a bank security. However, the franchise will increase by 15% every season. Furthermore, the participating sides will have to submit a 10 crore taka bank guarantee (with a validity of six months every year).
