# Basic Fee:

Firstly, the umpires get their basic match fees. The amount reads $2,700 per match. But in the cases of playoff matches, they earn 3200 USD per game. However, the playoff phase consists of 4 matches. The matches are Qualifier 1, Eliminator, Qualifier 2 as well as the Final. These 4 matches arrive during the business end and are the most important matches of the tournament.

 

# Bonus Money:

The umpires also receive bonus money from the sponsorship deals. In the first 5 seasons, Kingfisher Airlines used to give them the bonus as well as the shirts. But now they get a bonus from the IPL’s deal with the PayTM. They also provide them with shirts as well. The elite panel umpires earn $10,000 per season from the endorsements.
